Otel iki misafir ve bir işletmeci odası bulundurur. Su ihtiyacını yağmur dönemi havuzda biriken sular dahil olmak üzere arıtma ile elektrik ihtiyacını ise güneş panellerinden karşılar.

Santorini Boutique Hotel is a sustainability-oriented, pet-friendly establishment located on the northern cliffs of Santorini Island. The property offers two modes of access—by land and by sea.

The hotel features a pier extending over the sea, as well as two swimming pools situated within the garden: a counter-current pool and an infinity pool. Additional amenities include a barbecue and bar area, along with designated play zones for pets.

The hotel comprises two guest rooms and one manager’s suite. Its water needs are met through a purification system that also utilizes rainwater collected during the wet season, while its electricity requirements are fully supplied by solar panels.
